We are a mobile non-profit, 501c3 organization who provide services in various communities. Exposing real life situations to our youth, encourages them to lead, assist, and conquer what it means to become a lifelong, productive, problem solver within any setting. Providing children with opportunities to interact with diverse individuals who are less fortunate, will allow them to become more compassionate about the lives of other people.

Not only do we believe in the philanthropy of giving back, we also react to needs as they arise, whether it is in our own community or in communities that cross our path.

Ambry was born and raised in Miami, FL and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. As she continued pursuing a career in the education sector, Ambry knew she could do more for the youth of South Florida if she got involved in helping the community.

As a child, Ambry’s parent kept her active in the community through organizations such as, Family Christian Association of America (FCAA), Coalition of Black Trade Unionist (CBTU), and work through her local church. Ambry would spend her Saturday’s feeding the homeless, handing out clothing to the less fortunate, decorating the church, and/or assisted the elderly with their house chores. During the week, she tutored the youth and participated in extracurricular activities at her middle and high schools. Ambry’s active participation in the community landed her several scholarship and grants to assist with pursuing her college degree. Even through college Ambry continued to give back, so it’s only natural that she would continue this practice into adulthood.

Tanisha McCall
Program Director

Read Bio

There is no greater joy on earth than helping our youth succeed. I grew up poor, close family members battled drug addictions and my parents only had a middle school education. Resources were limited and my future was bleak. However, there were always youth workers and community centers around to provide me with the structure and resources I needed to succeed. As a result of the help I received from youth organizations, I became the first in my family to graduate high school and college. It’s because of the life changing experience I had in city parks, youth programs at church and the YMCA, I wanted to become a youth servant and effect change in our youth.

I have served Florida’s youth for over thirteen years. Throughout my tenure as a non-profit/public youth professional I have had the pleasure of serving at Dade County Public Schools, Broward County Public Schools, FOCAL/Moore Park Learning Center, Honey Shine, Inc. and Urban Reflections, Inc. I thrive in the area of organizational structure. It my candid ability to enter any youth organization and create a plan of action, restructure programing policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectives, while leaving behind manuals so that changes can be sustained or amended by my successors. Mostly importantly I have a knack for customer and client service. I am a servant first. I will go above and beyond to get the job. I serve as resource to my parents and I'm relatable to kids. Everybody loves Miss T. The combination of my soft skills, innate ability to create a solid foundational structure and attract stakeholders make me a highly sort after youth non-profit executive.

Currently, I serve as the Program Director of SEEK, Inc. and a non-profit consultant specializing in youth programing. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Administration, from Barry University, Certificate in Human Resource Management and I have received a host of training from The Children’s Trust, Miami’s top organization for youth advocacy and funding.

When I am not serving, you can find me on stage sharing my gift of poetry, motivating young girls to become their best possible selves through motivational speaking or volunteering with various youth organization.
