Architectural & Engineering Design for the Multi-Purpose Community Facility
INVITATION
S.E.E.K Foundation Inc. invites qualified firms to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stated herein no later than 5:00PM EST on Friday, December 13, 2024, for Professional Architectural Services for design and construction of a Multipurpose Community Facility. Interested firms may secure the solicitation package and all other pertinent information by visiting https://www.seekedu.org/grant-proposal.
Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to LaShawn Streater, Director of Operations at lstreater@seekedu.org no later than 5:00 PM on November 1st, 2024. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda to the S.E.E.K Foundation website. It is the responsibility of prospective proposers to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation.
Respondents shall submit all proposal documents electronically through www.seekedu.org. A full instructional guide on how to submit documents will be included with this solicitation. All calculations and review of responses will be conducted through a review committee meeting to be scheduled later. Only proposer names will be read into the record.
Late submission will not be accepted.

For the approval of the SMART Tech Health Hub Community Center
S.E.E.K Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children from low-income neighbourhoods through S.T.E.M.education, mentorship, and community engagement. In this Request for Proposal, we are seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to assist with visioning, providing design services, and cost estimation for a multi-purpose community facility in Opa-Locka, Florida that is approximately 8,118 total square feet. This facility will serve as a hub for community activities, educational programmes, and various services aimed at uplifting the local community.
